Taxes
HFA charges state sales tax for NC, TX and CA only.
Tax exempt purchases must be coordinated with our CA headquarters.

Shipping
Shipping charges are applied for all products purchased online. All online shipments will be made using UPS.

Returns
For all returns, please call the CA office at (800) 422-3778 and select option 2 (Monday-Friday 8:30AM – 5:00PM PST).
How to use Advanced Search
Product Name Contains: enter part of or the entire product name. If you enter the entire product name and no results display, try entering just part of the product name.
Item # Contains: enter part of or the entire item #. If you enter a full item # and no results display, try entering just part of the item #.
Product Category Equals: choose your desired product category from the drop down menu.
If you don't see the product category you're looking for, those items may not yet be eligible for online purchase.
For the most accurate results, we recommend you search by Item #, using item numbers from a previous order/invoice.
If your search returns no results, the "Advanced Search" box will collapse and no products will display below.
To perform another search, click the ∨ icon to expand the search grid and click the "clear filters" button to clear the search fields.
Using Multiple Search Fields at Once
If you are using more than one search field (i.e. Product Name Contains and Product Category Equals) your search will only return results if you enter accurate queries for the corresponding product(s) in
all fields.
For Example: a query using [
Product Name Contains: "sofa cover" +
Product Category Equals: "Touch Up" ] will return no results.
But a query using [
Product Name Contains: "sofa cover" +
Product Category Equals: "Delivery Accessories" ] will return results.
